Hey All,

This update I polished up many aspects of the game and added some more juice, squashed a few small bugs,  and changed a few mechanics.

JUICE AND POLISH

• Added New Explosion sounds
• Modified other sounds
• Added Thrust and barrel cool down to player ship
• Explosion effect to enemy projectiles
• Added more saturation to player ship colors
• Added some small visual  flair to the menus
• Polished Up the boot splash

MECHANICS

• Edited difficulty settings to have different difficulty curves
• Slightly nerfed the Shield powerup 
• Added Targets to practice mode (lil asteroids you can shoot)

BUGS

• Fixed shield bug (picking up a shield powerup to soon after spawning deleted the powerup)

There were tons of other micro adjustments I made in all of these categories that I think improved the game.  I also went through and removed all unnecessary files from the assets folders, which reduced the HTML5 file size from 200MB to 80MB despite having added new scenes and images!  This also reduced the other file sizes as well.  If nothing else, hopefully the download is a lil more enticing!

This will likely be my last update for this game unless the game gets some attention or I get some donations / win the Indie lift gamejam this is entered in.  I would like to keep improving the game, adding an achievements/challenges system, skins/ship customization, and leaderboards, as well as add more polish and more sound effects, but I can't justify the time this is taking me right now.
